Registration

Collectors wishing to have a work by Niki de Saint Phalle considered for registration with the Niki Charitable Art Foundation may contact the Archives at archives@nikidesaintphalle.org with any questions. Click here to download the Artwork Registration Application Form (in Adobe PDF format), which must be completed and submitted in order for a work to be considered for registration.

Registration documents are issued twice annually, in May and in November. Completed applications, with all supporting documents and information, must be received no later than April 15th for May registration consideration, or October 15th for November registration consideration, to allow sufficient time for processing. No exceptions will be made. The application fee for registration is $200 per work, payable as set forth in the application form. If your piece is accepted for registration, a registration document will be issued and provided to you.

The Foundation does not issue registration documents for printed artwork, including but not limited to lithographs, serigraphs, silk screens, wood prints and offset.

The Foundation does not provide or assist with appraisals or valuations.
