The Niki Charitable Art Foundation represents the artist’s personal collection of more than 1,000 sculptures and 5,000 graphic works of art. From this collection, the Foundation makes artwork available to museums throughout the world for exhibitions.

The Foundation also acts as a point of contact for all projects related to Niki de Saint Phalle.

The Foundation holds all exclusive rights to authorize exhibitions and publications about Niki and her work throughout the world.

The Niki Charitable Art Foundation (NCAF) has established the following procedure for Exhibitions related to Niki de Saint Phalle. These procedures are not meant to hinder any entities desire to show the works of art created by Niki de Saint Phalle, but rather are intended to allow for the appropriate amount of time to enable the NCAF to use its numerous resources to help each exhibition meet its full potential. The NCAF has the ability to ensure the accuracy of the information provided to the public through its archives and the ability to ensure that the exhibition accurately reflects the artist’s vision and expression.
